Facilities:

Full use of all facilities including – flood lights and lunge pen

Hard standing walk way to fields

All fields have automatic drinkers

Two horses per field

All year turn out in fields available, but up to owner’s discretion

60m x 40m all weather, flood lit arena with jumps

You are more than welcome to divide your field with electric fencing, however not to join the main Villa Farm fencing

Livery fields and arena can be seen highlighted within the red perimeter:

Fully inclusive VAT ad lib hay, straw, muckaway, rates, electric, water, maintenance etc.

Parking for trailers @£3.50 per week

Parking for lorries @ £5 per week
